Dance instructions

Strathspey
1 - 4 1s dance down the middle and cast up to 1st place.
5 - 8 1s & 2s turn partners right hand, 1st & 2nd men and 1st & 2nd ladies change places left hand.
9 - 10 1s set advancing to finish facing 1st corners
11 - 16 1s turn 1st corners right hand, turn 2nd corners left hand, then turn partner right hand to finish facing 1stcorners
Jig
1 - 4 1s set to 1st corners then to partner across the dance.
5 - 8 1s turn partner 2 hands to finish facing 2nd corners.
9 - 12 1s set to 2nd corners then to partner up and down the dance.
13 - 16 1s turn partner 2 hands to finish in 2nd place on own sides.
